Sandy Lane is one of the most exclusive areas on the west coast of Barbados. It is a few miles south of Holetown. It is close to all the amenities of the west coast.

This is where many of the celebrities and the super-rich buy properties and property prices on the Sandy Lane Estate reflect that. Whilst it is called an estate this is not a gated development but an area with quiet roads and cul de sacs on which the very best and most beautiful detached properties are built.

SUNSET CREST

Where to buy property in Barbados

Sunset Crest has recently become a Barbados hotspot. So many clients are looking to buy on Sunset Crest. The main reason is because of its central location. It is within walking distance of Holetown and a short walk to the beach. It is also a quiet, rural neighbourhood. It is also close to many of the large supermarkets.

For a reasonable annual subscription owners and their guests may use the Sunset Crest community pool which is just steps away from Sunset Crest's new boardwalk. The boardwalk overlooks sandy beaches and warm blue waters of Barbados' west coast.

​The pool is conveniently located beside Paul Owens restaurant. Access is private and is limited to active members only with a pass card is required at both doors. 

The Chattel Village is a colourful collection of shops right in Sunset Crest. This is the perfect location to stock up on local gifts and crafts, clothes, jewellery and much more. While shopping you can sit in the lush gardens of Café Carisma or Just Grilling to enjoy a refreshing drink or snack.

The St. James Racquet Club, Sunset Crest, comprises three tennis courts and a comfortable Club House nestled in verdant green lawns, shaded by trees. It is located east of the Just Grillin Restaurant and Chattel Village. The Club is a great addition to the amenities offered in Sunset Crest. Tennis lessons can be enjoyed by the young and young at heart. The courts are available for rent by the hour by members of the Sunset Crest Property Owners Community.

These properties rent very well for holiday rentals. That is one of their biggest attractions. They also have relatively low running costs compared with properties in some of the large gated developments.

THE FALLS

The Falls

The Falls is a small, modern development located in St James. It is just a few minutes’ walk away from Sandy Lane beach. Prices for these properties are reasonable and they offer good value for money. They are in a fabulous location just a stroll from the beach.

 The villas in this development are modern, classical style villas. They are located in a secure gated community with 24 hour security.

The villas have private beach access (for subscribers) at the Sunset Crest Property owners facility and golf is available close by.
