There are burglar bars throughout. Cloudreach also has electric roll-down hurricane shutters.

The entire lot is planted with approximately 150 – 175 trees. There are a number of varieties of mature, grafted mango trees. Assorted coconut palms and exotic fruit trees are also planted in the surrounding gardens.
