A garden self-contained studio apartment is located at the bottom of the house. This features a large, covered terrace.

The School House has a large kitchen, dining room and entertainment room. There are 3 spacious and impressive bedrooms in the main house. One of the bedrooms is en suite and there are two further bathrooms. These all have up-to-date modern features. All bedrooms have fans as well as air conditioning. 

The front door leads you directly into the family room, with dark wood and white walls. The staircase in front of the entrance can take you up to a couple of bedrooms, a bathroom and roof terrace. Alternatively you can go down to the cellar and apartment. Back on the ground floor you can enter into the guest or master bedrooms. You can also access the fabulous modern but cottage styled kitchen from here.  

The grounds of the house contain a beautiful, ocean view diving pool. There is limestone decking around the pool and a terrace.

The sun shines on the pool all day long but for those seeking shade there are several comfortable areas.

This is a house ideally suited to entertaining and it has seen plenty of celebrity action over the years! The house has several terraces at each level. There are also 2 large gazebos perfectly located for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

All bedrooms have thick walls and attractive "Jalousie " style windows . The floors are purple heart dark wood or limestone . 

The home is positioned in an idyllic location. It is just a 2 minute drive away from all the amenities that Speightstown has to offer. It is about a 5 minute drive from the beaches at Mullins and Port St. Charles.

Holetown is just a15 minute drive away.
